My name is Sassona, but everyone calls me Sony. I have done many things in my life. I travelled, I studied (and still do), I mothered three children, I married, divorced and married again, I lived in the Middle East and in Europe, and now I reside in Canada. I weave, and I grow flowers and medicinal herbs.
Professionally, I have worked with preschool children, and I have taught in colleges and university. For years I have been helping people feel better; I have been helping individuals create internal shifts to find peace and resolution around illness, divorce, major life changes, or death.
My practice involves psychotherapy, shamanic work and family constellations. These fields of my service are somatic in nature and work with the individual, the family and the ancestral soul.
It is relevant to mention that I have the ability to see beyond the veil of this everyday reality and into the invisible realms. As such, I receive guidance and communication from the unseen, which is an invaluable resource in all I do.
As part of my practice, I facilitate workshops and trainings for shamanic practice, family constellation, shadow work, grief work, and ancestral connection.
My work is guided and supported by the science of Epigenetics, by your soul, your family soul, and by the intelligence of Spirit.
I am forever and always deeply grateful for the support of my own familial and spiritual ancestors without whom I would not be here today blessed by this life and this work.
